We process personal data under this Policy and in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (collectively, the "GDPR") and the applicable national data protection laws in Lithuania (collectively, “Data Protection Law”).
We are the controller of the personal data that falls under the scope of this Policy.

We limit the processing of your personal data to the scope of purpose for which the data was collected. Access to your personal data will be restricted to personnel who are required to process the personal data to fulfil their professional responsibilities and their duties to you as the Client. Your personal data is not stored or processed longer than is necessary with respect to the data processing purposes that we have listed above.
We have taken the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the secure processing of your personal data. Your data will be processed in such a manner to ensure confidentiality and data integrity.

Use of Website
We process data about your use of our Website. The usage data may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use. We obtain such data through the use of cookies and similar technologies. We process such data to have a better understanding of how you use our website and services. The basis for collecting and using such data is our legitimate interest in ensuring the technical availability and security of our Website.

We may use Website Visitor statistical data to analyse trends and demographics of our Visitors. However, we do not assign each visitor an individual profile.

Provision of Services
The data on the provision of Services may include your name, contact details, and any information related to the provisions of the Services, which you yourself provide, i.e. route of transportation, including pick-up and destination addresses, including, but not limited to flight, bus, train or ship route and details, details about your stay at a hotel, hostel, holiday home and/ or details about your participation in a seminar, conference or congress; details of orders of Services with us; bank account; your correspondence and communications with us, and any additional required information in order to render the Services.
We process service provision data so that we can provide you with Services and keep proper records of the Services provided. We process these data for the purpose of performing a contract between you and us (or, at your request, taking action to enter into such a contract).
Personal data is processed as long as you use our Services and is stored for another ten years after you stop using our Services. We would like to point out that although you have the right to terminate the agreement or refuse the Services provided by us, we will continue to be obliged to protect your personal data due to possible future claims or legal claims until the data retention period expires.
For the purposes of providing and administering the Services, we process special categories of your personal data only with your express consent.

Direct marketing
We process your name and email address by sending you our messages and newsletters by email.
We will use your personal data for this purpose until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive such information from us.
We may use your name, title, your e-mail address, any provided phone numbers, your address and other information that can be used to contact you for the sake of providing you with this information.
We only send marketing communication by email and try  to limit the list of addresses only to those who may be most interested in the message.
Once we send a message, we may gather statistical data on your interactions with the communication, e.g. if you open the message, what links you click, which devices you use for it and what their technical features are. We do this by following logged information about your access to the Website or by use of cookies (if you consent).
Personal data used to send you newsletters will be stored and processed for this purpose until you withdraw your consent, where applicable, but not longer than for 2 years after your last interaction with our newsletters.

We use the Website and other contact channels that are listed on the Website to collect information about your employment. We will utilize the personal data that has been included in any and all of the documents that you have provided to us in your application. The application will be processed to determine whether your application matches the needs of us. We will retain the data that we have obtained via our recruitment processes for as long as necessary to evaluate the application and in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, we may ask for your consent to retain your personal data for some time after we have evaluated your application.

Communication with you
For the purpose of communication with you, we process your name, surname, email address, phone number and content of communication. We have a legitimate interest in responding to you when you contact us.. The legal basis for the processing of this data is your consent to contact us. We process these data on the basis of consent and store them for 12 (twelve) months starting from the date of the last communication with you.



We may disclose your personal data to other service providers for the purpose of providing specific services to the extent necessary to provide such services (for example, website hosting providers, courier services, server providers and support team, email services providers). When hiring subcontractors, we take all necessary measures to ensure that our data controllers also implement appropriate organizational and technical security measures and keep the confidentiality of personal data.
In addition to the specific disclosures of personal data set out in this Section, we may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
Persons indicated in this Section may be established outside the Republic of Lithuania, European Union and European Economic Area. In case we will transfer your personal data to such persons, we will take all the necessary and in the legal acts indicated measures to ensure that your privacy will remain properly secured.
Where required to send your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that one of the following security measures will be applied:
●    the contract to be signed with the data recipient is based on the Standard Contract Terms approved by the European Commission;
●    the data recipient is founded in a country recognized by the European Commission as having adequate data protection standards;
●    a permission from the Data Protection Inspectorate.




We have a legal obligation to ensure that your personal data is kept accurate and up to date. We kindly ask you to assist us to comply with this obligation by ensuring that you inform us of any changes that have to be made to any of your personal data that we are processing.
You may, at any time, exercise the following rights with respect to our processing of your personal data:
a)    Right to access: You have the right to request access to any data that can be considered your personal data. This includes e.g. the right to be informed on whether we process your personal data, what personal data categories are being processed by us, and the purpose of our data processing.
b)    Right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any of your personal data if you believe that it is inaccurate or incomplete.
c)    Right to object: You are entitled to object to certain processing of personal data, including for example, the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes or when we otherwise base our processing of you on a legitimate interest.
d)    Right to erasure: You may also request that your Personal Data be erased if the Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you consider that the processing is unlawful, or if you consider that the Personal Data has to be erased to enable us to comply with a legal requirement.
e)    Right to data portability: If your personal data is being automatically processed with your consent or on the basis of a mutual contractual relationship, you may request that we provide you that personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Moreover, you may also request that the personal data is transmitted to another controller. Bear in mind that the latter can only be done if that is technically feasible.
f)     Right to withdraw your consent: In cases where the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to such processing at any time.
g)    Opt-out from marketing: We will also give you the opportunity to opt out of our communication with you whenever we send you information about us, or any other information that we believe may be of interest to you. Additionally, you can also opt out at any time by contacting us.
When providing Services to our Clients, there may be circumstances where our statutory obligations prohibit us from disclosing or erasing the data that we store and process. Moreover, such laws, regulations or rules may prevent you from exercising other data subject rights as well.
